Hi Everyone!

As a new birthday cycle starts with Heeseung next month we have decided to make some changes on the birthday subreddit events hoping to make it more enjoyable for sub members based on what we observed in the past year.

1. Member Greetings

Enhypen members’ greetings to each other will now be posted separately not just added to the megathread, so you can see all the content directly on the sub like usual. Official account, other birthday greetings and the links to the members’ posts will still be collected on the birthday megathread!

2. Subreddit events

We are reducing birthday event length to 10 days from 14, as the 2 weeks felt a bit too long and harder to manage when they have comeback and other events going on.

We are also looking to change up the events during the birthday week – we would like to keep the banner submissions to have member themed banners, and the ‘best selca’ contest since you seemed to enjoy those! We are looking for 1-2 new things to replace ‘best performance’ and ‘funny moment’ contest posts.

We are taking suggestions for the new birthday celebration contents – you can send us your suggestions as well as feedback on whether you agree with the above changes here:

The new events could be a new type of contest post, mini tournament, game etc. but please understand the mods will have to consider the effort and time required to run the events for every member. The form will be open until October 3rd as we expect Heeseung's birthday event to kick off around October 8th.
