hi guys, does anyone know how to handle a glitched ticket situation with ticket master? i got a seated ticket labeled as vip2 on ticketmaster for rosemont chicago, and when the purchase went through all of a sudden the ticket no longer listed the vip benefits it was labeled under when i checked out. ticket master refuses to help but i bought the ticket for my friend because it was vip. they are saying the ticket isn’t vip. these are some of the conversations we had with a worker. now there’s another worker saying they’re not seated in a vip area at all. the workers seem confused themselves. i talked to a lot of engenes who had this happen during ticketing but nothing has been resolved yet…
