HYBE just [announced](https://x.com/HYBE_MERCH/status/1724698750742909304?s=20) Enhypen will be collaborating with Baskin Robbins for their upcoming album, Orange Blood. With this news, Koreans are very upset and offended, as they should be.
Baskin Robbins is affiliated with SPC Group, SPC is currently being boycotted by Koreans due to [negligence of a co-workers death](https://m-en.yna.co.kr/view/AEN20221021005200320) in a Bakery. (To summarize: A 23 Year Old Employee was killed after their upper body was caught in a sauce mixer in the factory, staff workers were told to continue making bread ignoring the bleeding out employee). As seen in the collab announcement post, the foods are named after Orange Blood. It has “blood” running down one of the cakes, a drink that is “bloody”, and “blood” ice cream. This is so inconsiderate, rude, and just disgusting.
Who is making these decisions in HYBE?? First Bella Poarch (who had a Rising Sun tattoo and was on the Korean news in 2020), and now this?? Enhypen already has an unsteady Korean fanbase, this isn’t going to make it any better. There’s no way HYBE cares about Enhypen (or real people’s lives!!) after doing all of this, they only care about the money. HYBE is greedy and simply does not GAF.
This is so upsetting and disappointing.

It’s not like these collab are made in one day. they probably had a contract before it happened. Do you really think they saw the news and thought that it’d be a great idea?
It definitely feels disappointing seeing some of the things HYBE is deciding on recently especially when it comes to Enha collaborations, it seems like they’re going for noise marketing which doesn’t always yield good results, it’ll further effect Enhypen’s reputation negatively which is bad long term for them.
This definitely feels very insensitive and tone deaf especially with all the Blood references, I get there are contracts but still I hoped they cancelled it, I hope K-Engenes done support this so HYBE knows this is wrong.
