THE VISUALS!!! Omg I absolutely loved this, the red and white is so visually appealing, this was so clean and a lot brighter than the original, I love the contrast and I loved all the usage of incredible props, they’re all sooo freaking gorgeous ! Hoonki parts were INSANE 🔥 Blonde Heeseung you are unmatched! 😍 brb going to watch this a couple hundred times ☺️
Edit: Last shot felt like a callback to Given-Taken 😭
Also anyone know if it’s the same actress from the concept trailer? It kinda did look like her, hopefully it’s not the end we see of her ☺️
THAT SHOT OF JAKE BREATHING IN THE BAG THOUGH- loved how simple yet detailed this MV is!
I’m still processing there is so much interesting imagery here. As expected it’s bright and contrasting in color but pretty unsettling with lots of allegoric scenes (is that how you call it?!) I need time to processssss.
Oh I was right about the 3 fits I just wished the stylist committed to those super pretty blazers with some tight uniform pants and high riding boots instead of the rugged jeans and combat boots.
Was gagged by the transition to Jungwon above the reflective water.
Also really interesting how they incorporated the disappearance of the female figure and the representative dancers.
